Registration
Step 1.
Choose your preferred trip or trips and dates. Check into your transportation to make sure that you can get to and from the locations with the right timing for the tours’ beginning and end dates.
Step 2.
Download and complete a Trip Application Form. You can send it back to us in the mail with your payment or in a fax or e-mail with payment to follow shortly there after. Our application form is in a PDF format or a Microsoft Word format. If you click on those words or in the column on the right, you can download the appropriate form.
Step 3.
Send money! If you missed that in Step 2, please don’t forget to send along your $300 non refundable deposit. Your reserved spot on a trip will not be officially confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Step 4.
Read the stuff that we send to you, including a letter or e-mail confirming your place on the tour, a release form which we’ll need you to sign and fax back to us, and the terms and conditions for the trip. About 2 months before your trip, we’ll send you more information to help you get ready including what to pack, how to pack your bike (if you are bringing your own), a list of all hotels / addresses and phone numbers, some travel tips, and a final and detailed itinerary.
Step 5.
Send money! The rest of your trip cost will be due after April 30th, or 60 days prior to your departure as appropriate, in full. Not that we want to focus on this, but it is important!
Step 6.
Get yourself ready for a great trip. Finalize your travel to and from the origin and destination. Start your biking preparations. We have some ideas and guidance on the web site - CLICK HERE for a quick read.
